In this role, he will lead OxValue.AI’s global business development, investment fundraising, strategic partnerships, and international communications, while also overseeing the CEOs of OxValue.AI and its subsidiaries.

Prof. Fioramonti brings exceptional international leadership experience spanning government, global policy, economic transformation, and institutional strategy.

He previously served as Italy’s Minister of Education, University and Research, representing one of the G7 nations, leading one of Europe’s largest national education and research systems and working closely with international governments, multilateral institutions, and innovation stakeholders on policy, funding, and long-term strategic development.

Beyond public office, he has built a strong global profile as a leading scholar of sustainable economic systems, innovation governance, and the future of value creation. Over the past several years, he has collaborated extensively with international organizations, policy networks, and business communities across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, contributing to high-level discussions on economic transition, technology, sustainability, and global development.
He is a regular contributor to international media such as Sky News, Financial Times, The Guardian, Bloomberg and BBC World and his experience in connecting public institutions, international capital, academia, and emerging innovation ecosystems brings unique strategic value to OxValue.AI as the company accelerates its international expansion.
