On 11 June 2026, the Global Alliance for Intelligent Valuation (GAIV) was formally inaugurated at the World Future Technology Development Summit during London Tech Week. This new international initiative was jointly proposed by leading universities, research institutions, financial institutions, technology enterprises, and distinguished scholars from around the world.

We wish to express our sincere gratitude to Prof. Luiz Moutinho; Jack Perry of The 48 Group (“The Icebreakers”); Anthony Rose of SeedLegals; Kishore Lulla of Eros Innovation; Elena Yang of Oxford University Innovation Changzhou Center; Professor Yu Xiong CEng FAcSS; and Prof. Xiaolan Fu of OxValue.AI, for attending the launch ceremony in person. They represent just a few of GAIV’s many founding members and partners.

As intellectual property, data assets, and technological innovation continue to reshape the global economy, conventional valuation methodologies are increasingly unable to keep pace. GAIV integrates artificial intelligence, big data, and advanced analytics to advance a more transparent, objective, efficient, and accessible approach to valuation for businesses and economies worldwide.

Initiated by Professor Xiaolan Fu, GAIV calls upon partners across academia, industry, finance, and government to:

◆ Establish global standards through cross-sector collaboration
◆ Empower SMEs and emerging economies in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals

The launch of GAIV marks the beginning of a new chapter in global innovation and international collaboration.
