OxValue.AI Hosts Delegation from Wuhan Institute of Innovation and Industrial Development
3 July 2026
Last week, OxValue.AI was delighted to host a delegation from the Wuhan Institute of Innovation and Industrial Development (WHIIID) at our London office, marking a meaningful step in building bridges between Oxford’s innovation ecosystem and Wuhan’s thriving technology transfer and industrial innovation network.
Founded by the Wuhan Municipal Government in 2021, WHIIID has established an impressive platform connecting research, incubation, investment, and talent, supporting more than 70 enterprises across its open innovation system.
The discussion explored how OxValue.AI’s AI-driven valuation infrastructure could connect with WHIIID’s ecosystem of enterprises, financial institutions, and city-level partners to help accelerate technology commercialisation on the ground.
This partnership offers innovators direct access to a globally recognised, AI-driven valuation framework, making it easier to attract capital, build relationships with banking partners, and move research out of the lab and into the market. It also presents an opportunity for OxValue.AI to scale its valuation infrastructure across one of China’s most dynamic innovation hubs, while further strengthening the bridge between Oxford’s research ecosystem and China’s industrial innovation network.
The exchange was both productive and warm, and we look forward to advancing this collaboration into concrete outcomes in the months ahead.
