About Prof. Xiaolan Fu 

Professor Xiaolan Fu, the Founder of OxValue.AI, is a Professor of Technology and International Development at the University of Oxford and the Founding Director of the Technology and Management Centre for Development (TMCD). She is also a distinguished Fellow of the British Academy of Social Sciences.

Professor Fu has made ground-breaking research contributions in areas such as innovation, technology and industrialisation, foreign direct investment and economic development. She was appointed by the Secretary-General of the United Nations to both the Governing Council of the UN Technology Bank and the Ten-Member High-Level Advisory Group of the UN Technology Facilitation Mechanism. On 21st November 2023, Professor Fu is scheduled to share her insights at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)’s IP Finance Dialogue.
