OxValue.AI, a pioneering technology valuation company spun out of the University of Oxford, and Therme Group, a leading multinational leisure, technology and investment group, are delighted to announce that they have entered into a broad-ranging Memorandum of Understanding.

The companies will collaborate to make available OxValue.AI’s novel theoretical research and algorithmic framework for valuing startup companies and their technologies, to the travel, tourism and blockchain industries, and to Therme Group’s existing portfolio of investments.

In parallel to this the companies will jointly conduct new research into enhancements of existing blockchain technologies.
