Company news – On June 29, 2023, Professor Xiaolan Fu, founder of OxValue.AI, and Mr. Xinyuan Xu, Chairman of Innocare (Tianjin) Proof-of-Concept Limited concluded an agreement to make OxValue.AI’s technology valuation service available to Innocare (Tianjin)’s portfolio of promising university technologies.

OxValue.AI and Innocare (Tianjin) anticipate a strong alliance that will provide accurate and objective valuation services for innovation teams and start-ups in Tianjin, China. The ambition is to deepen industry’s understanding of the value of innovation conducted in academia, promote its commercialisation, and accelerate economic growth in Tianjin. 

OxValue.AI has entered into Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with a number of enterprises and institutions worldwide. We have provided valuation services to a range of enterprises across Chinese cities, including Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Tianjin, as well as to prestigious universities such as the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, and Imperial College London. Moreover, we have forged strategic partnerships with leading global institutions in the European Union, the United Kingdom, China, and Japan.

About Professor Xiaolan Fu

Professor Xiaolan Fu, founder of OxValue.AI, is a Professor of Technology and International Development at the University of Oxford, a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, and the Founding Director of the Technology and Management Centre for Development (TMCD).

She has authored several books and received awards for her research on innovation, technology policy, and management. Her research interests include valuation, knowledge transfer, inclusive development, and green innovation. She was appointed by the Secretary-General to the Governing Council of the Technology Bank of the United Nations.
